Igor was previously at 3Com and US Robotics, and as a senior executive of their Carrier Systems business unit, was intimately involved in the development of Internet technologies. From 1982 until 1994, Igor held a series of senior management roles in risk management consulting and with insurance brokers in London and New York. These roles included Managing Director of Anistics Limited, Chief Operating Officer of Alexander Howden Marine and Energy (a subsidiary of Alexander & Alexander), Managing Director of Leslie & Godwin Insurance Brokers Limited and Senior Vice President of Special Risk Services.

Igor received an MBA from the University of Utah.

Paul was founder and President of RiskMart, Inc., acquired by eReinsure. Prior to founding RiskMart, Paul worked for Aon Risk Services, Inc. He served in various capacities while at Aon, including Managing Director of Aon Technology Group (Aon's national initiative to provide insurance and risk management services to technology clients), President of Aon Risk Services of Utah, and President of Aon Risk Services of Colorado. Prior to his employment with Aon, Paul owned and managed ITA Insurance, one of the nation's leading insurance firms dedicated to the technology industry. He sold ITA Insurance to Aon Risk Services in 1996.

Paul attended the University of Utah.

Mike joined eReinsure from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Senior Manager in the Data Management Group. Previously, he held management positions at Guy Carpenter & Company, where he was a Senior Vice President involved in the design and development of the company's plan to replace its legacy systems with Web- and client server-based applications, and Johnson & Higgins, where, as Vice President, he managed the Insurance Services Division of Risk Management Technologies. Mike began his career at New York Life Insurance Company as a Senior Technical Analyst.

He received an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University's Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.

Dion has more than 10 years of product development experience creating internet-based exchanges and consumer products. Prior to joining eReinsure Dion worked for the Ink-Jet Supplies Business Unit of Hewlett Packard where he participated in product research, development, usability and human factors testing as well as budget analysis and planning. His experience also includes the creation of web-based international exchanges of information and products with Japanese and Indian industries. He has been with eReinsure from the beginning and has coordinated the design and rollout of each version of the eReinsure negotiation platform.

Dion received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Ian has over 30 years of experience as an insurance and reinsurance broker and consultant. During this time Ian held many senior management roles including Director of Sedgwick North America, Deputy Chairman of Alexander Howden Limited, Chief Executive of Alexander Howden Marine and Energy and Deputy Chairman of Leslie & Godwin Insurance Brokers Limited.

Ian has a substantial reputation in the insurance markets and brings technical expertise and established relationships that will be of great value to the company.
